Semoga Tuhan mengampuni. Menyusuri jalan setapak antarbangunan kompleks. Hangat, disiram fluks matahari yang lolos menembus atmosfer. Mendongak, menatap langit biru berhiaskan awan lembut. Rasanya langit begitu dekat. Phil Perry) dalam Rindu (Rainy Days and You). A beautiful song. A sweet lyric. Each time I see those thick dark clouds
I used to smile and make a wish
that it would turn.. turn to rain
because I know that I would watch
for you to play under the rain
But now when rainy days are here
I feel so blue ’cause I can’t hear
all your laughter in the falling rain and it brings sadness to my heart
knowing that you’ve gone from my side.. my side
Since that rainy days and you make a symphony
the rain without you makes the blues
happy days and you will always be right here to stay
where the rainy day brings me back
brings me back into your arms…

By request of a friend....
Bagiku sendiri.... Sunrise itu lagu kenangan waktu ultah ke-23. Abis mandi sore, begitu keluar kamar mandi, sebutir telur menimpaku kemudian disambut dengan taburan tepung dan guyuran air. Selamat ulang tahuuuuuun! Dasar, anak-anak kos yang kelewat ceria! Tunggu pembalasankuuu!
Kalau Come Away With Me.... rasanya pernah terjadi seperti ini: cowok: Wah, sorry banget, gue harus pergi ke bengkel nih. Mbenerin mobil. cewek:Yaaah... Ya udah deh. Hati-hati ya. cowok: Sebenarnya juga males sih. Soekarno-Hatta kan jam segini macet-macetnya. Mana panas lagi. cewek: Kalau macet dengerin Come Away With Me deh biar nyaman. cowok: Hahaha, malah tidur kali. cewek: Yeee. cowok: Udah dulu ya. Bye!
Orang itu sekarang dimana ya? Apa kabar? :p | Sunrise | | Feels Like Home | | Norah Jones | | | Norah Jones - Come Away With Me | | | | | | | Norah Jones - Shoot The Moon
Musim hujan... sendu... tapi nggak usah muram begitu.... mari kita melagu *halah*
Minggu pagi, begitu membuka mata terdengar musik rintik hujan. Jadi pengen nerusin tidur deh hehehe. Ouh, jadi ingat Maroon 5, "Sunday Morning rain is falling....". Kalau hujan, jadi ingat siapa hayoo? Lady Rain?
There were times when the sky would bring me nothing except the smell of the rain at summertime So I left my window open just to let you come inside Saying that you'd never leave me was a lie
Well, there were times that my eyes were filled with water but all the world was desert dry So I hugged my pillow closer and I tried to close my eyes but the sound of distant thunder made me cry
Lady Rain, I heard you at my window Lady Rain, I need you softly falling on my face Why did the sunshine come and take you away? I'd wait for you again, my Lady Rain
I hear the sound of her breathing in the darkness and autumn rain can turn to snow in the night I'll be sleeping this September, but I'll leave the fire light just in case you feel like coming 'round again
And late at night, when you pour down on me You're just in time to wash all the tears away
Kalau saya ingatnya Jamie Culllum soalnya dia seperti ngajak bergembira di bawah hujan. "I'm singing in the rain, just singing in the rain. What a glorious feeling, I'm happy again." Hehehe. Are you happy in this gloomy weather? Mudah-mudahan cepat surut. The annual festival, a major event in Jakarta's vibrant cultural calendar, is now firmly established as the most important and prestigious festival in Indonesia and in the region. It has put Jakarta squarely back on the map as a major destination for music and jazz lovers around the world and is on the annual agenda of the Indonesian Tourism Board. Building on the ringing success of the 2005 and 2006 festivals, both driven by the theme 'Bringing the World to Indonesia’, the 2007 Java Jazz Festival is underpinned by the primary vision of bringing the world together. The 2007 event will build on that success and its theme of peace, respect and understanding with the theme that underpins the 3rd Annual Java Jazz Festival i.e "Children are the Future" Like the earlier festivals, Java Jazz Festival 2007 represents a great chance to discover the world of jazz in all its forms from the contemporary to the classical. It celebrates the extraordinary riches of the jazz tradition, extends boundaries and perceptions, and takes the music to new audiences. Around 1000 artists, including several top-notch musicians from around the globe, will deliver a diverse range of wall to wall jazz styles including traditional, vocal/instrumental, blues, and nouveau swing, funk, R&B and soul as well as world music. Thanks to the unswerving commitment and support from its main sponsors, JJF is on track to achieve its vision to become one of the leading Jazz festivals in the world and to create a positive image of Indonesia in the eyes of the world through music Japan The Japanese artists who performed at last year's Java Jazz Festival were a great success, so much so, that the 2007 festival will have a special Japanese stage to showcase music and culture from the country. Japan has for long been one of the biggest and most supportive investors in Indonesia and has a deep understanding of Indonesia, its culture and its people. The stage is also in recognition of the long-standing special relationship between both countries and the increasingly strong relationship between the Java Jazz Festival committee and Tokyo’s premier jazz venue, Blue Note Tokyo, often seen as a barometer for jazz in Asia Children are the Future "Music can relay messages of hope, love and peace and we need the inspiration of music to help fulfill any dream of world peace ", notes festival chairman Peter F Gontha, who also heads up the Asian Jazz Festival Organization (AJFO) We believe that music brings the world together and it is increasingly important for us to have some knowledge and understanding of people and cultures other than our own. This is especially true of our children who will truly live and work in a global community. Adults so often quarrel, fight and even go to war, but children are the real peacemakers of tomorrow. They are the key to a better future. We live for them, we do things for them, and they have no agenda. Children Are the Future, a very special musical collaboration concert to be held on Saturday, 3 March, has the support of UNICEF. A multi-cultural group of 200- 300 children aged between 5-18, from regions in Indonesia including Aceh, Papua, Sulawesi and Bali and from international schools in Jakarta, like the British School, American School, Japanese School and Korean School, will dance and sing under the direction of the widely acclaimed top Japanese saxophonist Sadao Watanabe. Two famous Indonesian artists will support him, with world choirs champion Elfa Secioria arranging the vocals and composer and keyboardist Dwiki Dharmawan on the percussion Seeing children from local schools joining in with those from other countries, will serve to remind us that we are, after all, a global family and the one thing that we all crave for is PEACE. Mind Trick
I missed the opportunity To get you babe to stay with me Never thought, I'd regret the excuses that I've made Like a song, it will fade.
If there's music in the night And it's really, really right It's the only thing I need It intoxicates your mind All your troubles left behind So come on and take my lead It’s not just me who feels it Music plays a mind trick Watch me forget about missing you.
So I put my feelings out to dry Love, one day again I'll have to try Falling out, making up It seems such a silly game Why do I never gain.

Ha-ha-ha *tertawa garing* Beginilah nasib twentysomething yang lulus kuliah (akhirnya!), nyari kerja tapi nggak sreg, haus tatih tayang tapi apa daya menjomblo nista >.< Tapi saya pribadi setuju dengan mas jamie culun ini: Love ain’t the answer nor is work
After years of expensive education, a car full of books and anticipation, I’m an expert on Shakespeare and that’s a hell of a lot but the world don't need scholars as much as I thought.
Maybe I'll go travelling for a year, finding myself or start a career. I could work for the poor though I’m hungry for fame we all seem so different but we're just the same.
Maybe I'll go to the gym, so I don't get fat, aren't things more easy with a tight six pack? Who knows the answers? Who do you trust? I can't even separate love from lust.
Maybe I’ll move back home and pay off my loans, working nine to five answering phones. Don't make me live for my friday nights, drinking eight pints and getting in fights.
I don't want to get up, just let me lie in, leave me alone, I'm a twenty something.
Maybe I'll just fall in love that could solve it all, philosophers say that that’s enough, there surely must be more. Ooooh
Love ain’t the answer nor is work, the truth eludes me so much it hurts. But I’m still having fun and I guess that's the key, I'm a twenty something and I'll keep being me.
doh dah duh dah, do duh dah dah dah doh dah duh dah, do duh dah dah dah doh dah duh dah, do duh dah dah dah doh dah duh dah, do duh dah dah dah
I’m a twenty something. Let me lie in, Leave me alone. I’m a twenty something.

Home. You.
Another summer day Has come and gone away In Paris or Rome But I wanna go home Mmmmmmmm
May be surrounded by A million people I Still feel all alone Just wanna go home Oh I miss you, you know
And I’ve been keeping all the letters that I wrote to you Each one a line or two “I’m fine baby, how are you?” Well I would send them but I know that it’s just not enough My words were cold and flat And you deserve more than that
Another aeroplane Another sunny place I’m lucky I know But I wanna go home Mmmm, I gotta go home
Let me go home I’m just too far from where you are I wanna come home
And I feel just like I’m living someone else’s life It’s like I just stepped outside When everything was going right And I know just why you could not come along with me This was not your dream But you always believed in me
Another winter day has come And gone away In even Paris and Rome And I wanna go home Let me go home
And I’m surrounded by A million people I Still feel alone Let me go home Oh, I miss you, you know
Let me go home I’ve had my run Baby, I’m done I gotta go home Let me go home It'll all be alright I’ll be home tonight I’m coming back home | 11 - Home | | Difference | | Michael Buble
